I installed this 8 pack almost exactly 1 year ago and only 3 of the 8 lights survive. The lights all worked OK except for turning on at different times, but the plastic bells degrade rapidly in the sunlight and become so brittle that the slightest bump shatters the ring securing it to the stand.

for the price paid, consider other models. The lights, even after a full day of sun, go out by 1AM at the latest. Since this bad purchase I have seen 8 solar lights in Sears on sale for 19.99

All of these inexpensive solar walkway / garden lights work great. They should considering how simple they are. You’ll be very happy with them unless you place them anywhere that they might get jostled. My dogs running around the yard have busted the plastic shades on every one, many models. I measured the pressure it took to break them off their stands and it’s less than the trigger pull on several of my handguns! Worst of all, you can NOT buy replacement parts for any Westinghouse solar lights, and I’d bet it’s the same story with other brands. Customer Service at IDC in TX (which is listed in the included warranty info) “can not” sell any parts, and none of their distributors have decided to sell parts either according to [...]This makes them in effect, disposable lights that wont last through a single winter which makes the plastic shades even more brittle.
