The PlanetSolar Boat
Here is another upcoming boat that makes use of alternative energy. will harness its power from the sun, the largest solar-powered vessel to date. It measures around 102 feet long, almost 50 feet wide and stands 24-1/2 feet high.
Though it wasn’t mentioned, backup power is bound to be hidden in the ship somewhere. You just cannot discount the fact that sometimes, people would want to use this boat even when the sun is out. Hopefully it is not a fuel-guzzling one!
